Thank you for shopping with Love Furniture Design. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, delivery areas, tracking, and important shipping information for furniture and oversized items.
1. Countries We Ship To
We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses in the following markets when shipping is available at checkout:
United States; Germany; France; Italy; Spain; Turkey; Netherlands; Switzerland; Poland; Hungary; Finland; Belgium.
Shipping availability may vary by product, delivery address, product size, product weight, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and local delivery limitations.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, or incomplete addresses unless that delivery option is expressly available at checkout.
If your country, region, or address is not selectable at checkout, we do not currently offer delivery to that location for that order.
2. Order Cutoff Time and Processing Time
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, payment review, address verification, inventory checks, carrier disruptions, customs documentation review, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Costs
We use fixed customer-paid shipping rates by destination market and product shipping class. The shipping class for each product is determined by product type, package dimensions, package weight, carrier method, and whether the item requires furniture or freight handling.
The following shipping charges are shown in the customer’s local market currency and must be displayed at checkout before payment:

Shipping class definitions:

If an order contains products from more than one shipping class, the highest applicable shipping class for the order applies unless checkout clearly displays a lower promotional shipping rate before payment.
We do not offer free shipping by default. Any free-shipping promotion or reduced shipping promotion must be clearly displayed on the website before checkout and reflected in Shopify checkout and Google Merchant Center settings.
We do not add hidden shipping, handling, packing, carrier, or service fees after checkout. If delivery is not available to a specific address, checkout should not allow the order to be placed for that address. If an address cannot be served after order placement due to carrier restrictions, we will contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel the unshipped order and issue a refund.
Shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or optional special services unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.
Optional services such as in-home delivery, room-of-choice delivery, upstairs delivery, assembly, installation, wall mounting, old furniture removal, packaging removal, or scheduled white-glove delivery are not included in standard shipping unless expressly displayed as included on the product page or at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated in writing.
United States standard parcel items: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 5-10 business days; estimated total delivery time 6-13 business days.
United States large, heavy, or oversized furniture: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 7-15 business days; estimated total delivery time 8-18 business days.
United States remote or limited-service areas: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 10-20 business days; estimated total delivery time 11-23 business days.
EU markets standard parcel items: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 8-18 business days; estimated total delivery time 9-21 business days.
EU markets large, heavy, or oversized furniture: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 12-25 business days; estimated total delivery time 13-28 business days.
Switzerland standard parcel items: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 9-20 business days; estimated total delivery time 10-23 business days.
Switzerland large, heavy, or oversized furniture: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 12-25 business days; estimated total delivery time 13-28 business days.
Turkey standard parcel items: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 10-22 business days; estimated total delivery time 11-25 business days.
Turkey large, heavy, or oversized furniture: processing 1-3 business days; transit after shipment 15-30 business days; estimated total delivery time 16-33 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, strikes, holidays, remote delivery locations, incomplete addresses, payment verification, product size restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
5. Furniture and Oversized Item Delivery
Some furniture items require special handling because of size, weight, packaging, or freight carrier requirements.
Unless expressly stated on the product page or at checkout, standard delivery does not include in-home delivery, room-of-choice delivery, upstairs delivery, assembly, installation, wall mounting, removal of old furniture, removal of packaging materials, or white-glove service.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, hallways, and the delivery location.
If delivery cannot be completed because of access limitations, incorrect measurements, restricted entry, or an unavailable recipient, additional carrier fees may apply where permitted by law.
6. Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the shipping label is created. Large freight shipments may have less frequent tracking updates than standard parcel shipments.
7. Taxes, Duties, Customs, and Import Fees
Before payment, checkout will display the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, duties, import charges, and the total amount payable where those charges are collected by us.
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges may apply depending on the destination country and shipping method.
If checkout specifically states that duties and import taxes are included, those charges are collected at checkout for that order. If checkout does not state that duties and import taxes are included, the customer may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier, customs authority, or local tax authority before or upon delivery.
We do not control customs clearance times or government-imposed charges. We cannot mark orders as gifts, undervalue shipments, or provide inaccurate customs documentation.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply where permitted by law.
9. Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the delivery is refused, customs fees are unpaid, or the package is not collected, the shipment may be returned to us or treated according to the carrier's procedures.
In such cases, carrier return fees, storage fees, customs charges, or reshipping fees may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing parts, contact us as soon as possible at info@lovefurnituredesign.com.
Please provide your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the inner packaging, photos of the damaged item or missing part area, and a description of the issue.
We recommend reporting visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. This reporting period does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable law, but timely reporting helps us resolve the issue more efficiently with the carrier.
11. Delivery Delays
If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped or delivered within the stated estimated timeframe, we may contact you with updated information.
Where required by applicable law, you may be given the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
